For password login, enter your account password. If you are using OTP login, tap "Send OTP" and enter the six-digit code from the SMS that arrives within 60 seconds. The OTP is valid for five minutes only and cannot be reused.

If your mobile number has changed, you need to contact 92 Star support to update your account. Email support@92star.best with your old mobile number, your full name as registered and a copy of your CNIC for identity verification. We will update your number and issue a one-time login link to your new number once verified.

If you registered with your email address as a secondary contact, check your inbox for the original 92 Star welcome email — it will show your registered mobile number. If you did not provide an email, contact support@92star.best with your full name and CNIC details and we can look up your account.
